Our Purpose & Passion
New Dimensions explores the emerging possibilities for global transformation. Informed by an expanding awareness of the interconnectedness of all life, and the potential available through creative insights, innovative thinking, cross-cultural traditions and the human spirit, it is an original and powerful forum for innovative and inspiring voices and views on a wide range of timely as well as timeless topics.
The specific and primary purpose of New Dimensions Foundation is to develop and disseminate information and knowledge relating to the human mind, body, spirit and the natural world, through broadcast programming, public forums, seminars, books and other means to encourage public awareness of various approaches and methods for expanding the field of possibilities towards a world that works for everyone.
The most visible project of the Foundation has been the radio program series initiated in September 1973. Nationally recognized and highly acclaimed for its original and innovative programming. New Dimensions World Broadcasting Network has been broadcasting continuously over for three decades, addressing the cultural shifts and changing landscapes in our society, and helping to bring original ideas into the mainstream culture. New Dimensions programming is broadcast in the U.S. on more than 300 public radio stations and trans-nationally via satellite (including 300 stations in Australia), the American Forces Radio Network, Infusion Radio on World Space Satellite Systems, Sirius Satellite Radio, and on the worldwide web at www.newdimensions.org. More than one billion listeners now have access to New Dimensions’ programming.
